Order Processing Time

• Ready products: 3–7 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces: 7–14 business days.
• Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
• If there’s a delay, we’ll update you via WhatsApp/email/SMS (as applicable).

Shipping Within India

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
• Delivery after dispatch: usually 3–7 business days (based on pincode).
• Remote locations may take longer.

International Shipping (If Available)

• Available for select countries (where enabled).
• Delivery after dispatch: typically 10–21 business days.
• Customs duties/taxes (if any) are borne by the customer.

Shipping Charges

• Charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on location and cart value.
• Free-shipping offers/minimum order value (if any) will be mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

• Tracking link/ID will be shared once dispatched.
• Track updates on the courier partner’s tracking page.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please enter the correct address, pincode, and contact number at checkout.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability, re-shipping/return handling charges may apply.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events. We’ll support with tracking wherever possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

• Changes/cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order items once processing starts.
• Contact us immediately for any change requests; we’ll help if the order is not processed/dispatched.
